    this is so confusing, when is going to be the best time to buy a house?

    this says prices are going down, but other places are saying there going up, surely with the massive inflation sooner or later this will also be passed onto properties, interest rates could go up in august, im guessing this would make prices drop again?

    im a first time buyer thinking of getting somewhere in the next 12 months, anyone got any top tips for me? this thread is just confusing me :D

    And when the Polish prices rise in a few years and when the UK prices have fallen, buy in UK.
