    You definitely dont need to buy something to get a Beauty Card!!! I picked up two (at two different times) without getting anything.

    And they should have the big tins in the stores but the one I went to in London they were high up on a shelf and I never would have spotted them without asking the SA.

    The website has been charging me postage for two days now. I've written to customer services who replied yesterday saying if I emptied my basket and then put the stuff back in, the postage would come off. This isn't working so I've written to them again this morning. I may just give up, I'm getting a bit bored with filling the basket, it not working, emptying the basket.....rinse and repeat ;)
