Hi all. So I went to the Ford Dealership manager who was very helpful. He is trying to cancel the HP agreement at a charge of £225 which I think is reasonable.

My partner is 6' 5" and when you are that height, you know you have to check legroom in everything. My partner can't fit in a Fiesta's driving seat.
If your friend had test driven the car, he would have known from the start that a) he couldn't fit into the car properly and b) the car had mechanical problems. Knowing that, he wouldn't have signed the agreement.0
