Is anybody else having problems with this website since they updated their website? It won't accept my user details or login details & when I follow the link to follow their instructions to re-register it just says that my user name is already in use then I try to re-register using a new user name it says my email address is already in use although I've actually changed my email address since I last registered with them so they should not have my details. I've tried requesting anew password which they send me but then it says I don't have permission to access the site. I'm getting very annoyed with them now after spending the last half hour going round in circles.Positivity is the key to success0
