Unfortunately the instructions aren't very clear on how to do this. Maybe some ammendents should be made so everyone understands how it works?? It seems a lot of ppl aren't aware that you have to go to a separate page to get this to work (ie the lifestyle reward page)

Guys keep trying the site is taking a battering - it took me well over an hour!

Step one: Visit http://www.virginmobile.com/mobile/..._free/index.jsp
Step 2: Add the Sony Ericsson T610 £109 package to your basket
Step 3: Add /lifestylerewards to the end of the address
i.e www.virginmobile.com/lifestylerewards
Step 4: Add the T610 to your basket once you have clicked through the link (2nd page), you will have 2items in your basket, one package and one phone.
Step 5: Reduce the quantity to 1 and there you go £29.99

Think that is right but its late and from memory!!
