Thanks it's really helpful I hadn't seen it until after I had posted. I think it's probably to do with my cookies as mine kept showing the voucher without clicking on the second link. I've deleted cookies/history a few times but there's still obviously something wrong. I'll keep trying though cos it's really bugging me now

When I was trying to get the 1100 and the site was having problems, I kept getting a Sendo phone added to my basket. It was a stupid price. I didnt buy it because it wasnt the one I wanted. Perhaps there is a bug with this phone too :-D

You can't be clearing your cookies properly then.

If you clear your cookies, the site will have no reason to offer you the voucher with the first link (assuming it's the £20 calltime voucher you are referring to here). It will also clear any shopping basket history, giving you a clear basket to start from.

Are you sure you're not just clearing your cache? This is not the same as clearing your cookies? Infact...thinking about it some more...if you really are certain that you are clearing your cookies it *might* simply be a cached page coming up - maybe clearing your cookies AND your cache will finally have the desired effect.

If you are using IE/windows, then I think you have to manually go to the cookies directory and remove the cookies manually, as it doesnt delete them.
You should try using firefox, it kicks !!!!!!. Virgin still has a few problems displaying on it, but they say they are working to get the site to w3c standards ASAP!

That's one of the reasons I provided the links to add the correct T610 packages directly to the basket in my article - to bypass the rogue handset link problem (it was also adding a K500i to the basket at one point as well).

For the record, I tried ordering again just for argument's sake and I now get the same message as everyone else is reporting - however, if I change my payment card the order completes. So...anyone getting the problem order page should try changing their payment method.
