I was given one of these (makes up to a 1.5lb loaf) but it it missing the recipie booklet the cup and measure bits that usually come with it... i have been using the ready mixed bread flour that you just add water to (that also came with it) but the results are rubbish its very hit and miss when the bread rises well....
does anyone have any recepies that dont need the origional cup or measures for this breadmaker...as im not sure if each bm is different... thanks

I used to have a MR breadmaker, the measuring cup was a standard American cup holding 8 fluid ounces/250 mls & the spoons were a standard Tablespoon & teaspoon
sets of measuring cups & spoons are quite cheap, Poundland often have them0 -

this thread may help or this one and I see Swan has provided the link from their website.
I would highly recommend a very cheap set of cups/measuring spoons. We do have a cup measures thread which may also help.
I will merge this later
ZipA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
