Aagghh what next?

So i have successfully claimed back bank charges from natwest and capital one and have been following to claim back £60 of charges on my natwest credit card. I received a letter saying they would pay the £60 if i signed the form to accept tat they would refund charges.

I amended the form to say i accept the conditions for the charges i am claiming for this time (eg so i can claim again) and it has been returned to me with another one to sign!

What do i send them? thanks xLolx:money:

Return it with a letter saying you will not sign due to the clause that you object to. Then state your reintention to take legal action to recover your charges unless they are refunded without such a clause.
