sorry how does this work you buy then they go through till at £4.78 otr whatever how then do you get more than you paid back what is DTD?

I bought these this morning and after reading this ive noticed ive been charged full whack,thinks a trip to tesco tomorrow is in order.

Tesco will refund double the difference of the price you pay and the price they should be. You need to take the product and receipt to customer service desk after you have been charged wrong


Don't mention it to the cahsier or you won't get double the difference!!

with these red stickers on them, its even better to use a self service if you can, then if asked just say you didnt notice the price on the screen , only your receipt after youd paid a £19 refund confirms this worked for me

please go through self serve tills as i have just put 3 packs through with my weekly shop but the checkout girl noticed on the second pack and got supervisor to adjust the price,i then went back in to get some more and go through self serve but by the time i got back in they had taken the red stickers of all the packs
