Yep - I ammended my home delivery order last night when they were 22p and 24p

Only ordered 2 of each but then was charged £1.50 for the 2

Phoned CS refunded me the difference ( I was pretty assertive PLUS told them I had only just come back to T for my online shopping after Asda let me down with THEIR product pricing errors!! )

I also got 5 of the Homepride chilli = 50p

2 x de-icers @ 37p each

4 of the Trattoria Verdi sauces 20p each

And only ONE of the Schwartz mexican fajita mix for 1p! ... wish I'd ordered MORE!

All the other Homepride & Lloyd Grossman sauces were OOS for me but am happy with my shop esp as they over refunded me for my Brahma beers which should have been £2.88 but was charged £3.49 x 3 lots of 4 bottles on B2G1F

They got me with this today I've just had an Irate conversation with customer services about it. I printed out my order confirmation which gave 11.80 as a guide price (I bought a lot he he) and they have today charged me 36.33!

They have told me they will get the receipt from the store and call me back tomorrow. They are claiming they were never that price at all. Thing is they substituted 8 packets of one flavour as they wern't in stock and put the unit price at 24p then in the section below they have quoted the unit price for the same item as 75p for the same item - whoops!

I obviously wasn't firm enough with them ha ha. I'll argue the point with them again tomorrow and if they refuse to budge I'll tell them to come and get the whole lot!

I work on a complaints line for a local council so this wasn't something I needed after a hard day being screamed and sworn at ha ha!

SEL for black olives was still 24p at Didsbury tonight so bought ten packets and got £10.20 DTD!

I feel for you as I was HOPING I would get a nice / kind CS person and I DID .... He WAS going to say something about the price but I interupted him and told him I ammended my order after midnight the day the order was due ( which I did ) and I told him there it was on my confirmation in black and white in front of me!

I just think he couldn't be arsked to argue with me ( thankfully )

I hope you have better results tomorrow and get less of a jobsworth CSA and hope you get to KEEP your olives as they really are yummy ... and kinda addictive! :eek:

I have just managed to buy 3 packs of 70g green olives with herbs and garlic for 22 pence each, and 3 packs of 70g green olives with chili peppers for 24 pence each. I also bought some more of the pasta 20 pence sauces and a couple of Homepride Chilli sauces at 10p to try. I bumped into a friend and told her about the deals and she took all the remaining olives! No Smoothies or Megablocks though as my local Tesco is only small.

Nope But check the SEL in your local store. If they are still marked at 24p, buy them then get DTD!! My local just has no price tickets at the moment, so I guess someone already got their DTD!!

Picked up 6 packets 3 of the garlic ones and 3 Chilli .. asked the till operator to check the price .. and both flavours came up as 75p so I didnt bother buying them .. Stresscos must have realised the glitch !! . and I love olives !!:mad:. Drat !!
