If you need extra shelf space in the fridge

I had a new fridge delivered today as our other packed in yesterday, typical, one of the hottest days and no fridge!

Anyway, I had a look a lots of fridges online in the morning and ordered a Whirlpool ARC/103 which seemed like a good buy and arrived this afternoon.

It had decent storage according to the reviews and dimensions, however it is not as big as our old built in one.

Anyway, I had and idea for extra shelf space.

I transferred a wire shelf from one of the food cupboards, like this one below from Betterware.

Now I have extra space without paying £30+ which is the going rate for an extra glass shelf.

Here is mine, can you see how I got my priorities right ie bottles of beer for the other half and chocolate for me! :D

I use a selection of small plastic crates in the fridge to stop things falling over/out. They just pull out like mini drawers.

I figured this out after I was buried alive in an avalanche of baby bels.
