Tesco - Buy toilet roll get 5p off fuel voucher

I cant see this already posted...

Tesco - if you buy their own brand toilet roll they are giving out 5p off each litre of fuel vouchers. The voucher is given with your till receipt.

I'm in Scotland but hope its nationwide. The toilet rolls were piled high with big signs, think it was a fiver for 2 packs.

Hi, with regards to the new offer Tesco has for saving 5p a litre on fuel when you buy the own brand toilet roll @ 2 for £3.99 (£7.98 total), you can buy the Spring Force Toilet Tissue @ £1.99 for 9 rolls (£3.98 total) thats £4.00 cheaper.

The most I have even been able to fit into my cars fuel tank to 53 litres of diesel so the 5p off would save me £2.65 meaning I would be £1.35 worse off than if I had just bought the Spring Force toilet roll.

We have used the Spring Force brand for a while now and find it to be good for the purpose that it was designed for and thought this was something I would share.

    Hope this helps.
  • I got mine for £3 each at Tesco Abbots Langley.

Great if you pay that much for loo roll. I think each individual would need to work out the cost against the saving etc....

But if you buy 9 roll pack Andrex Shea butter, not only are they reduced to £4 a pack, if you buy two packs you can also get 300 club card points by registering for andrex 'puppy points'. 300 points = £9 if used on deals making it free loo rolls.

Isn't it own brand rolls only?

Doesn't sound a great offer, they're basically giving you £2 off their toilet paper when you buy two packs. Not worth getting just for the offer.

This is only online though - isn't it? T&C state you need to buy via tesco.com, which means delivery charge to consider...
