- Winners of competitions must send us their picture and allow us to publish this on our website together with the city/town they are from. We would also welcome a statement from each winner, although this is not compulsory.
- Phones (which have sometimes been opened by us for filming purposes) are new, can take any UK network SIM card and are usually delivered by Royal Mail 2 to 3 working days after receipt of the winner's photo.
- The phone may be locked to a network provider and cannot be used with any other network. [this contradicts the last point] Winners can unlock the phone however this must be done at their own cost.
