Just to add......
How are they going to enforce?
1. Charging order? - you don't own you home!
2. Bailiffs? - You'd be surprised what they CAN'T take. Anyway, you simply NEVER let them in, no matter what they say. A court will NOT grant a warrant for a forced entry on such debts!!
You are basically applying to the court with your offer of payment and you offer what you can realistically afford, even if it's £1 per month. The court will set the payment and the creditor will have to abide by it.

I've offered £138 pm, which is what I've been paying since the DMP started ( before that, monthly payments were £270 pm... and that is all they say they will accept)
