Woolich Open Plan arrears

Advice please?

I am being taken to court by TLT solicitors for exceeding my Woolich Open Plan overdraft by £2,400.

I am not currently in a postion to pay and Barclays have rejected all my offers, insisting on an amount I can not afford. They are aware of my cuurent circumstances and financial situation.

I am terrified of loosing my house and am trying to sell my car to prevent court action.

The letters from TLT state that court action will be stopped and I will not need to attend if the arrears are cleared.

My question is, provided I do clear the arrears, mortgage interst is paid by DWP and I slowly reduce the outstanding authorised overdraft, am I safe in my house, or is my card marked and Barclays will be looking for the sligtest reason to repossess me?

I don't want to sell the car in vain and I'm getting a very lousey cash offer.

Many Thanks.
