Good golly gosh, is it me or are Columbo and Hamish making vague reference to some ill defined fabricated argument especially created to divert attention from rather conclusive ending to the house price crash debate? I think so.

Good job a chunk of the parody didn't infact skewer just those kind of antics, or it could be very embarassing for said property bulls.

Lack of self awareness indeed. :rotfl:

    Couldn't make it up.

I wonder if Hamish will respond to you in this thread? He has gone a bit quiet

Anyway, Gneer has copied this excellent bullish parody of his Edinburgh property aspiration. Turned out Fubra has underestimated the amount of the price rise (if I remember correctly).

Oops sorry, adult content (swear words many of - but more tame than Gneer usually presents).

    Notice you haven't posted Furbra's original. ;)

Given that you've pebbledashed it across the forum, didn't seen the need.

And as I recall, it actually turned out that prices fell.
Which made the thing pretty bloomin' funny, if not in the way you guys had hoped. ;)

Aside from that its three minutes of hitler swearing like a trooper.
Which might be amusing to some age groups, bit isn't much cop when it comes to satirical bite.

No, it was funny when it first came out but yours is a pretty unexceptional sequel.

There was some smoke and mirrors with whether the price went down or up - you were always pretty good at that (but I still think they went up significantly). ;)

I visit this board from time to time to see what's about.. And do you know the BIGGEST change over the last few months as far as i can see ??
Not a SINGLE thread started by our friend Hamish on the front page ! Amazing lol, that in itself says more about the state of the housing market, more so than all the links we are forced to read :) ..

No smoke and mirrors. Whist you lot were getting all in a tiz, it transpired that prices actually fell. Spectacular back fire, big laughs all round. :D

I'm shocked that you're not a fan of the latest HPC related cliched down fall parody!

Like Columbo and Hamish, you do have a starring role.

Certainly the forum is declining month on month.
It's hard to find any topic that provides a good debate and discussion.

P.S. There are threads by Hamish on the front page ;)
