whilst on the subject

hello again all ..

I'm a busy bod today ! ... I've just been reading the OFT guidelines (kindly given to me by fermi , :A) and wondering whether its possible to get a Tomlin Order overturned by the Courts if a DCA has broken many an OFT rule whilst persuing a debt without reasonable consideration ? (ie, more than one DCA chasing for the same payment at the same time etc, phoning at work when asked not to). It would appear that the DCA's have broken almost every OFT Guideline rule whilst chasing for an outstanding debt that was being attempted to be negotiated. Due to constant pressure of DCA's a Tomlin Order was signed to keep the wolves from the door. Can anyone give a simple yes or no as to whether a Tomlin Order could be overturned ??
Many thanks guys x
