Hi
Just wanna know if mortgage is available for tier 1 visa holders.
i am on tier 1 visa and my visa expires in 2013
i have been in the uk for over 3 years and belong to a Non-EU country.
I have a looked for some properties and plan to buy with some one who has a mortgage in place but i also want to share it
Is it possible to get a joint mortgage with 35% deposit.
.thankx

you should easily be able to get one for 35% deposit. Go to the bank you have your current account with but most of them would be happy with 25%.0

Plenty of lenders based on the limited informations given -I wouldn't necessarily agree with the advice to go to your own bank -you would have a wide choice of lenders to compare against your situation and select the most suited from all alternatives.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. From our very recent experiences, HSBC and Santander flatly refused to consider our mortgage application without indefinite leave to remain in spite of having AIP from both these banks.
