ermmmm what spreadsheet? You know what kinda stuff I buy, some of that gives and APG.
I gave my code away cos I only had the one and so had no chance to get enough to get any free stuff. I am drinking the lactofree milk, it tastes the same as ordinary stuff I think. Even the long life stuff tastes decent.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I meant to post a little GFS review after I lurked and picked up all your tips (that trolley was a godsend!).
- Only coupon I could find in the show guide was 25p for Yeo Valley.
- Jordans are giving away a box of free granola cereal (apple and cinnamon or cranberry and honey) for entering their competition.
- 30p coupons on the Carte D'Or stand.
- 25p coupons on the Ryvita stand.
- PG Tips giving away a sample teabag and coupon (£1 off The New Ones).
- Lime Valley Pantry have a 'free pie' code to use on their website - advertised on their stand - FP01 is the code.
Then at the end of the show I found a couple of people handing out 'goody bags' in the hall leading to the exhibition halls - The bags have IKEA stamped on the side; Inside:
- Colgate Pro-relief mini toothpaste and 50p moc
- Garnier cream sample
- Palmolive Spa Mineral Shower gel sample and 50p moc
- Ricola sugar free sweet sample and moc (its sealed in a plastic pocket, I can see the barcode so I know theres a moc but I'm giving mine to a friend as shes diabetic and likes these so I don't want to open)
- Nature Valley Oats & Honey bar
- IKEA kitchen guide, mini Wilkinsons catalogue
- Thirst Pockets 50p moc
- A small box of cereal with a moc (sorry its downstairs and I don't remember the brand >< or value of coupon
- PG tips The New Ones sample and £1 moc
- Silver Spoon sugar sample and 25p moc ETA
- Kenco Millicano sample (1 stick) and 50p moc ETA
Other notes:
- Saw people walking around with quite posh looking Waitrose carrier bags with string handles, not sure where they got these.
- Easiyo are doing a very good £12 deal with lots of yoghurt sachets and fruit squeezies (thanks for that trolley tip!)
- The Baklava at the 'Med Foods' stand is to. die. for. Don't make the mistake of thinking you'll come back and buy it later, took me an hour to find that flippin stand again!
Would be interested to hear if there is anything new on Saturday!0 -
Thanks moromir. :T:T What about the thick small booklets they give you as you go in, what was in them? They are usually the ones which are good, they usually have at least a coupon for free long life milk.
I wonder if the goody bags are instead of the bookBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Hi Bluewkd.
The only book I saw on offer anywhere was the A4 sized 'show guide' that was half for the GFS and half for the gardening show, the only MOC I found was the 25p Yeovalley (I love their greek yoghurt so I half-inched the coupon page out of two copies!).
Hope I haven't missed a good booklet!0 -
