Its raining whole day but it does not stop my OH from doing BBQ under the shelter :- Our dine dine ( 2 hours late!!!)










You can have what I am having too :-

I used 4 portions of Chicken breast meat ( cut into strips) & 2 boxes of drumsticks & thighs (debone & get rid of skins & fat) -

Marinade it with : a bottle of the above, 3/4 tbsp of veg or olive oil, 1 can of coconut milk & 1 tbsp of salt.

marinade the above overnight ( I usually marinade the chicken longer meaning buy the meat cut it up & season it & put it back in the freezer till we are ready to do bbq). You will LOVE IT!!!

Must warn you though not suitable for those who are on a diet.

:hello:Good morning. Blue woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep, so decided to stick my trainers in the washing machine following my pals instructions.

I just hope the rain stops soon or Bully is gonna be getting a bit wet on her narrow boat:(:(

The laces on my trainers are clean:Dbut the trainers aren't much cleaner and def not clean enough for Bully:(

You right Doc, I get £4 Pinecone...they very useful, just did another yesterday , so expecting £4 off next weeks shop too....saw onMagic freebies there are chewey bars up for grabs...150 a day but they all gone already, unless it's not been updated...post link when using laptop in a min.....using iPad at mo....

Morning all....weather should be improving , just seen the forecast and looks good for today and tomorrow...methinks they will be getting the boat back on Wednesday though ...lol...don't mind an odd shower but if it pees it down like yesteday , I ain't watching a 14" telly with a poor signal....got a few DVD's packed and a good book , but no internet so no point in taking the ipad, bit iffy charging it as says it is at your own risk on the 240v provided on the boat....just had a great laugh though...says to bring really cheap/thin toilet paper, so as not to block the toilet....do you reckon Velvet is 'carp' enough !!!Got my fishing tackle sorted though so migh manage to catch a pike ...or maybe a shopping trolley :rotfl:
Not leaving for a few hours yet so time to do my Daily Comps....missed out on the chewey bars..well done on you getting yours Blue, and get those trainers back in the washer with a bit more detergent....you'll look like Noddy with sparkling clean laces as a contrast to mucky shoes...;)

Oh dear BS, hope the weather clears up a bit for you today. Brighter here in the north west, no rain at the moment, but you certainly wouldn't get it was a June morning! Enjoy the rest of your hols.
