    Hi everyone

Well done MT, it looks lovely, its great to win something you wouldnt normally buy.

On another note, Im just being nosey but did those who won big on the Velvet comp eventually get their cheques as if I remember correctly they told me the winners list will be out on the 12th.

Nope never got my £1,000 (yet). We must be thinking alike, I've posted on their FB page this morning asking when the list is going to be published and where and they replied saying

"a list of major winners’ names (wins of £500 and above) and counties will be available at http://www.facebook.com/l/TAQCbszhH/www.winnersgallery.co.uk from the 12th August 2011."

I decided before I did anything more, seeing as they are so stupid and disorganised with the comp I would see if my name was on the list;)

I clicked on the link posted, but it already said print limited reached, so it wasnt me :)

i think someone probably just clicked print on it, not knowing it was personalised till it came out of the printer. Hmm i dont think people are rude, but i have never been able to understand why someone needs about 200 bottles of shampoo, or whatever else is the coupon of the moment, like the guy printing the cider is it? coupons, happychappy i think, i can understand him, as he will drink it, it goes fast, but 200 bottles of shampoo.......... or the person with a garage full of bleach, or the people with food fallen out the cupboards, they have gone too far :D
I'm the person with a lot of bleach...not a garage full....we have 3 toilets to pour it down and it's very handy to have it there waiting to be used....saves paying for it and it's very safely stored so no-one will come to any harm from it....can use the money I would normally spend on bleach on other useful things...

It must be a really lucky day today, I've had an email to say that I've won this week's Anchor smoothie maker, so that's three of us today, Gill, MT and now me.:j:j:j Good luck to all the other comp tryers, the vibes are definitely flowing.

The email reminded me to chase up a win I had in the spring for a Miele vaccuum cleaner. Have contacted them several times, and each time have been promised they will look into it, then I forgot all about it (twit that I am). So today I've rung them up again, spoke to someone else, and I'm now waiting for a reply! will not let it go yet, as my old vax is playing up and I need a new one. Don't see why I should pay when I've won one :mad::mad:
