I have been playing velvet, but its a waste of time. I typed the numbers in correctly and it said they were wrong, and then it won't let you play again even though you have not actually played. Cheats.

Still won't give me my money, phoned them the other day and did what Dawnie did, asked for the name of the manager of the legal department. They said they would call back but didn't, so I had to call them.

Could hardly hear what she said but gathered that they will let me have the list of all the times I played, but thats it.

Won't give me the name of the manager of the legal department.. And won't give me my money.

Did anyone else besides Dawnie get their money.

Well I have just waded through all these posts, so will add mine.

Car boot - Got there, set up me stall and it poured down. So had to pack up and come home. Wasted morning, and for that I had got up at 3.45 this morning. I am now cream crackered.

Ebay - sick of stupid buyers. I only sell bits from my house, and unwanted gifts. DS got a couple of unwanted xmas pressie. Stupid question "Is the double cd one or two discs" some people are thick. And sick of slow payers, still got one from Tuesday not paid.

Well now will go and have a look at the coupon thread, see if everyone is happy today.

Thats was a shame about your car boot CW. Did you still have to pay?

Re ebay:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I used to sometimes wanna just say read the flipping listing cos of the stupid questions. Most questions they asked were in the listing.

you need to buy the marked Sure Deodorants - they are marked with win £10, etc.

it has to be sure for men, and then enter the code from the can here

    http://www.suremenfastcash.co.uk/?WT.srch=1
    Thanks Aesop

Think we need a Sure coupon so we can get the code for free.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

If the code can be got easily when you buy the Sure without it looking used, you could always buy it when it is on offer and sell it at the booty. That is what I might do;)
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

actually I thought about this when making dinner, and you will probably get fed up of hearing me say it, but if you have too many deodorants and don't want to stockpile till the year 2101, you could always donate to charity shops (if they are allowed to sell aerosols) or a charity that helps people starting out, like Shelter, etc.

It seems like they may not have the list of plays. I know someone who has asked for them and all they received (recorded delivery) was a letter saying how many times they had played. Which would be good news as this is their only evidence and if they cannot produce it then how can they win in court? I have sent a letter asking for a copy of times and days of my supposed plays, but I am now considering visiting a solicitor. I will either do that or just put in court papers. I am going to look in the local paper for a solicitor who give a free half hour consultation. I am not giving up on it and think it is brill that Dawnie has offered to give evidence if needed.

saying that, are you registered at Boots? is your DH? check the ACM... sometimes you get vouchers for Moc for all sorts of things....

I got about 15 by repeatedly pressing print (very fast) otherwise it stops after about 3 and will remove the print button, for free 24 7 boots own brand anti perspirants for men. I wasn't complaining... free... saves me buying them for him!

so you never know.. an ACM voucher may pop out for 100 points if you buy any men's deodrants or £1 off sure for men... etc.

keep an eye on grabbit for any of these kind of posts, just type in boots, sure for men and see if anything comes up.

I am going to town tomorrow so will check but I don't always get the same offers as other bootsers.

AND NO THERE IS NO MOC COUPON HERE! just talking about a way one might pop up. if it is does, I will post in the other thread.

Is there some trick to this Aesop, like the best time or day to go to boots and the machine to get the best offers/vouchers? Whenever I have gone (not very often as my nearest one is in the centre of town) all I get is rubbish coupons, none for anything that makes it free or really cheap

it is very random how they do it. I tend to go once a month to town as that is where my nearest ACM is. I have asked and asked for one in my local town as I used to shop there a lot but they said there was no room.

I tried to go just after the changeover, I think it was the first Wednesday of each month, and check the ACM using both mine and DH's cards. Sometimes he would have better offers than me, other times I would have better. Also if you read the boots grabbits, people were getting vouchers I never received.

Someone once mentioned it is worth checking again a few days before the offers are about to expire as they may suddenly release new vouchers.

One thing that may help is not to spend for a while using your card ;) like Ts, they usually give you some vouchers to entice you back.

I will try to keep an eye on the my vouchers and the threads and update on here, so you guys can try and get bargains.

here is one for you, in the Health and Beauty magazine, free for ADvantage card holders, there is a £1 off Nivea for Men. CAN BE USED on any Nivea for men products except miniatures and moisturisers.

So there was an offer on Nivea a few weeks ago - shaving gel. Bogof and one only cost £2.xx so I only paid £1.xx for 2 so about 50p each :)

and then the other day I bought just 1 as they were no longer on offer, but I also had from the ACM a 100 points when you buy ANY men's shaving gel or cream. So in Boots Logic, I paid xxp for it :)
