Got my Barclaycard this morning (Very quick! Only received the email saying it would be with me within 10 days yesterday teatime) and managed to get my payday loans paid off using it
Anyway the weird thing was, all the sites only seemed to offer payment by debit cards however I just used the 'Visa Debit' option and entered the credit card details and everything has gone through fine?!

Yes. Everything has gone through fine. But when you get the statement for your credit card make sure it's not charging you a higher instant APR rate. Oh and they may decrease your credit limit. They like it when you shop at tesco or sainsburys and pay in full every month but if you put a pay-day loan on a credit card they will see it as financial instability.- HSBC Premier - Mastercard £9,000 - Overdraft £6,000 - MBNA Platinum £3k (£2,500 @ 0% SPENT) - American Express Platinum £6,100 - Coutts Classic Card £5,000 - House Of Fraser Recognition Mastercard / Santander Cards £250 -
