just back from Tesco Extra at Barnstaple and the glitch is still definately working

    patch magic x2 £6.40 £32.00
    Tomorite 1l x1 0.70 £3.50
    mouse killer x1 0.60 £3.00
    Evergreen complete x1 1.60 £8.00
    Gloves x 4 £1.60 £8.00

    i paid £10.90 should have been £54.50

looked in the other Mr Ts a couple of miles away and all the stuff was
5 times the price of what i paid for it, they had disposable bbqs for 60p in fact they had loads of stuff - if your into your garden absolutely rock bottom prices and loads of it - most of it actually marked up with white SELs with the low price on them, would have got more but i live in a flat - so no use to me but perfect for my friend who has a lovely garden - just didn't want much

    Lawn treatments
    plant food
    weedkillers
    hanging baskets
tools - little hand ones were 60p, cant remember the prices of the big ones
    BBqs
    plus loads of other stuff.

Also had "The Glasses" were upstairs, i bought 8 went through for £10 with a multibuy saving of £1.50 at the till so in effect was over charged £2.50 so they gave me £5 DTD on them so 8 glasses for £3.50, i think it would be better to buy them in fours as the £1.50 multibuy saving then wont kick in so youll get charged £5 for 4 which means an overcharge of £2 so £4 dtd works out at 25p each then!!

  • Did any of these products have a discount on the SEL? I don't want to make another wasted trip to my local.

Most of the stuff i bought was marked up with a white SEL, sadly the instore price checker wasn't working so iwent upstairs and asked the girl on the tesco direct desk if she could price check it all for me just to make sure - hth if the question was directed at me xx

    Hi all,

No garden glitches working in my local...the knive glitch worked the other day but now not on anymore.

No glitches in the smaller store out of town either which had SEL in white the evening of the knive glitch but when i checked the other day this had all been corrected with yellow SEL showing the proper price.

Any stores still working in the NE Scotland for the garden glitch? I desperately need mountains of weedkiller lol for my home grown jungle....

Thanks for answering my question. It was open for anyone to answer, but I'm glad you did. :T

hi. i went to the southall/hayes tesco extra at 3pm. none of the glitches that the op mentioned are working. the garden stuff is in aisle number 10 for seasonal goods.

spent close to 45 minutes taking items back & forth to the self checkout. i couldnt find 1 item working on a glitch.

i give the op of benefit of the doubt, however it did not work for me.

I self-scanned loads of stuff in Tesco Hanley today, nothing glitched.
