I'm going daft here ...wheres the page for opening the account ...I've been sent the code but when I click on apply now it keeps loading the same page ?????????????

I applied for one of these from the last offer. Does it take you to a page that says 'ways to pay'? You need to click on 'continue' at the bottom of that page.

That's odd. Your link looks right to me. Can you see a paragraph that says 'apply now' and under that a section headed 'ways to pay'? Then under that, to the right, an orange box saying 'continue'? If not, have you tried a different browser? Are you accessing the page from an iPad or mobile phone?
