Rental money is dead money

I do feel empathy for renters, but I think things are starting to turn, and your chance will soon be here :j

Whose chance? And chance to do what?

Like any payment for a service, rent is not dead money.

Most renters don't want your empathy, just a place to live.

At last, you've found you perfect forum. Enjoy.

So it seems the choice is.....

....rent and pay a landlords pension.
....buy and pay a bankers bonus in interest.

Seriously do we have to have another rent vs buy debate.
Please remember other opinions are available.

But a lot of renters find there are some perks to their way of living! No maintenance, being able to move on a whim if neighbours turn out to be internet wierdos or something, not being at the peril of rising / falling interest rates etc. I'm happy, you're happy, why the condescending post?

You need some better arguments to survive in here.

That, or some new insults. The old ones are getting dull.
