Stroud & Swindon 4.69% Fixed???

Current Discounted rate with Abbey due to end shortly - seriously considering remortgage to Stroud and Swindon 4.69% 2 year fixed - £200k mortgage. £898 application fee.

I can't seem to find out much about Stroud & Swindon on here. Does anyone have any experience, or know of any potential pitfalls with this lender?

Thanks
Andy
If you're happy to sell it to me at a price I am happy to pay - then I want it cheaper.

  • Not a lender we use. Depending on your circumstances, property type, income and credit record there might be better deals around especially as you are remortgaging.

I am considering using ingDirect @ 4.95% fixed for 2 years with no setting up fees.
  • I have the ING direct 4.95% fixed rate but I paid an application fee of 495 about a month ago.
Do you mean that is not applicable any more????

    Thanks,

    Juliette
