cheap subscription to theshoppingclub.co.uk - but is it any good?

Today's Groupon for the Oxford area is a £10 annual subscription to theshoppingclub.co.uk, rather than the usual £29.95.

I've had a look at the site, and I just can't tell whether that's a good deal or not because there isn't enough detail about where you can save money. Has anybody else had any experience with the site?
