is there a site that reviews and rates the free ebooks on the amazon website and are there any other sites where its possible to download virus free free ebooks i like history books 20th century and military history and my mother likes crime thrillers thanks for a reply j

I get a daily mail from "Free UK Kindle Watch" - I don't recall exactly what I had to do to register, but I think it must've been at http://www.ereaderiq.co.uk/, since that link is in the mails.

It goes to Amazon, and some of the titles are only free for a day or two.

I look at the books via my kindle. If you go to menu, shop in kindle store, kindle bestsellers. Scroll to "Kindle Top 100 Free" on the top right.
You can then scroll through the lists and view ratings, reviews etc.

I find it really good for finding good freebies!

Yes, you can browse for freebies, but the email service tends to tell you what's new, so you don't have to rummage.
