Tesco pampers wipes bargain

I had a quick look and didn't see a post about this (apologies if there is).
Tescos are selling packs of six pampers sensitive wipes for £9.99 or two packs for £10
I don't know why I did it, I don't know why I enjoyed it and I don't know why I'll do it again

These packs are only 56s whereas Tesco sells the 63s so it's actually cheaper per wipe to buy the OP's suggestion. I still wouldn't buy them because they're more than 1p per wipe.;)

Tescos own wipes are awesome and better than Pampers I think. 80 in a pack and were on for five(?) packs for £4.50 as an offer last time I went. My babies have sensitive skin but the fragrance free wipes are fine on them. PLUS proper plastic clip down lid on the wipes - can't ask for more really!

(edit. Can't remember the exact deal but think it was five, not two like I put yesterday. Doh!)

Tesco own value baby wipes are also fab - actually my fave baby wipes! They're quite wet so clean up really well and only about 20p a pack.

I have to 100% agree with you, for 9 long years give or take 1 or 2 I have been an avid Pampers wipes user, paranoid about causing a sore bottom, it cost me a fortune. Now my kids are older and we use wet wipes for allsorts, I thought this is getting WAY to expensive and decided to try out the cheapest brands from asda, Morrisons & Tescos. All about 30p a packet for 80ish wipes.

I wasnt to impressed with asda very dry, and once opened totally dried out in a day. Morrisons were damp but not wet enough again dried out after a few days of being opened, and Tesco's were really wet and had a nice feel and smelt lovely, and after a 4 weeks of using Tesco Value wipes NO sore bums in sight in fact when i look back my kids had a lot of sore bums using pampers. And they stay wet in the packet for ages because they are quite wet.

I us them to dust with, wipe stuff down, even to remove my make up etc etc.

So I totally regret not trying them earlier, I could have saved a fortune over the last 9 years.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Sainsburys Basic ones are very good too. Tesco Value are rubbish compared.
  • I second the Sainsburys ones. Should have converted years ago, I aways bought branded ones beforehand.
