You can make someone feel good by sending them a free fruit and nut bar. All you have to do is go to https://www.eatnatural.co.uk and click on 'Make someone feel good'.

If you try to send more than a few to different people they may try to restrict you but I found changing my e-mail address did the trick!!...and it certainly made me feel good when I sent one to myself and they usually cost about 80p!

i've changed email addys and left spaces when filling the form in.sumtimes it'll work and sumtimes it won't.tried it 3x's and it worked twice-both to addy's that have had them b4.won't let me send one to my b/f's tho ::)
