Fake clothing? Vivienne Westwood

Hello, I've recently purchased a Vivienne Westwood tshirt online and I'm not sure if it genuine, I did pay £40 however the design isn't in shops anymore so understood why people may be selling them cheaper. The label doesn't seem genuine and only stitched at either side a little bit. It came with a tag on too, just plain card with Vivienne Westwood text printed on.

It may be the real deal and I am being too picky but I can't find any guides about on the Internet, only for shoes and handbags!

Can't anyone help me out?

Quite a few tags are only lightly sewed on nowadays so that people have the option to easily take them off... but I can't help you any more than that I'm afraid.

Its hard to say, not only because your details are very vague but also because as you say, it could be an old style.

Unless your sure its not genuine and can get proof, I don't think you have any way to get a refund so if it were me I'd think about why I bid (eg because I liked the style and thought it was a bargain) and try to keep myself reminded of this. Otherwise ask the seller the season and year and see if you can look it up via a back-listed catologue if VW have these online.
