Co-op offer help please!

Hello,I'm a bit of a lurker on this board I hope you don't mind me posting.

This morning I did a little shop in co-op, I bought my cat the Good as it looks food (as it was on offer). However, I've just checked my receipt and I've been charged full price. The shop is a 6 mile trip, so instead of just going back I thought I'd check I'd read the promo sign right, but I cannot find the offer anywhere on the website....does anyone know if its on offer by any chance?

Thank you for reading my ramble!

Sorry I cant help you as to what the sign said but this has happened to me before so I emailed them and they sent back co op vouchers for the overcharge and a couple of extra quid to say sorry.

They were supposed to be on offer at £3 each, so it's possible your store had the old sign up.

    Thank you for the replies.
They maybe had the old sign up, I knew it was for around the £3.00. Oddly enough, a member of staff was filling up the shelves because of the offer!
I may email - I may not get anywhere, I find it annoying as I would've bought the normal Felix not the expense one!
    Nevermind.
    Thanks again for the help.

co-op is a bit dodgy they do not price according too offers correctly and take signs down rather than updating tills. Also i have noticed they seem to discount stuf that other shops are doing.(hardly any of there own discounts)

As others have said, the offer changed at the last minute from price to multisave.

The store have not obviously checked and implemented the amendments which is poor.
