Hi
I have a car loan with welcome and previously had a interest free loan. These were two separate entities. Welcome are now telling me that they transferred payments from my car loan to my interest free loan without my permission. I have complained to them about this today but wanted to know if they are allowed to do this?
I did not authorise this or ever give my permission to do this. Yet they state I did, I have every copy of my agreement and letters. I know I would not ever have authorised anything like this.
They are now stating I am in arrears on my car loan when I have paid every payment on time and have never been in arrears at all.

are you paying both...Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

The loan is paid through the CCCS who have advised me that the payments have been made on time within the agreement and that the loan is due to be completed next month.
The car loan has never been in arrears at all and I make sure that its paid on time.
They were taken out at two different times. The loan has never been authorised to be taken out of my car agreement and I have never signed a new agreement on either to authorise any such payments.0
