Hen Night - Question for Brides

Hi All

I'm after some hen night help!

I'm MOH at my friends wedding soon, hen night is in two weeks.

She didnt want a tacky night out and shys away from the limelight so we're going to Saints and Sinners at the Races.

Question is, I know she doesnt want too much fuss but I want to do something for her so it's not just an ordinary night out but havent a clue - any ideas?

Any brides have something done for them at their hen night they particularly liked??

Thanks everyone

My sis didn't want the usual fuss for her hen do.
We went to a swank cocktail bar instead.
To personalise it I made a little "Mr & Mrs" quizz about her & her H2B, and got a whole load of old photos, put them in a red file, and made a "This is Your Life" presentation for her.

Hi, I was really similar to your bride, didn't want a big night out etc. We went to a spa and my BM did a little box and everyone wrote little notes with their memories of me in and a Mr and Mrs quiz both of which I loved!

At my friend's hen weekend as well as a Mr&Mrs type quiz for her we did a quiz about her for everyone that she got to 'compare' (we did the question sheet for her - including a picture round!). We also made her a book (done on Word & then bound) where we had a page each with pictures, stories, in-jokes, memories etc about our lives together (the girl that collated it sent a questionnaire with when did you meet, favourite story, best memory, funniest moment etc and then made it up with pictures we sent). Lots of laughs and tears - she said it was really personal and great as those who couldn't come to the hen could join in too.

At mine (just a meal with a few friends as I didn't want a fuss) - she got everyone to bring a small gift for me that would remind me of a moment with them...it was really lovely as it reminded us of lots of stories (and a few embarassing moments!) and only cost a couple of pound each.

    Thanks everybody!

Some great ideas already - if anyone has anymore, I am all ears!!!

She's delighted with the day/night we've planned and is more than happy for it just to be a night out but I think there needs to be a few surprises for her so it's a special day
