Cheap vinegar in London area?

I've heard that Indian shops etc sell cheap vinegar, but do any readers know of any such shops in the central/north London area? I'm currently buying my vinegar at 70p a half litre from Sainsbury's, which is hardly worth it!

    You might try a greengrocers. Ours sells 4 litres vinegar either plain or with pickling spices for about £1.40

    I'm off to Costco tonight to try and get some, I'll see how much it is and post it.

    Could you try Asda? it's about 40p odd there for white vinegar and 24p for cheapo brown stuff.
    When life hands you a lemon, make sure you ask for tequilla and salt ;)

    i think youll find it in chinese supermarkets, not indian ones

    ALDI and LIDL both sell it for 17p to 19p for 500ml (it varies 1p or 2p at times)

    Last couple of bottles we bought last month actually came from ASDA at only 16p
