My mate who i rent off is looking to move and find a bigger place but he weill have to sell the house i live in to be able to.
Would you reccomend a shared ownership for a first time buyer or advice against them?

there are many different types of Shared owner schemes.
Are you looking at trying to buy this property under one of these schemes, or looking at an existing shared owned property.
