Commercial Mortgage?

Can anyone tell me where I might actually get a 100% commercial mortgage? I have been running my business for about 6 years from my rented property and now have the option to buy it. Any help I get on this matter would be very much appreciated

Nowhere that I know of. Sorry.

Not a chance. Commercial lenders are considerably more strict than residential ones, you'll do well to get a 65% LTV.

The best people to speak to will be your current business bank.

If you are being offered the property at a discounted price as a sitting tenant then you may be able to borrow the purchase price subject to the valuation meeting criteria.

You need to speak to specialist commercial broker.
