Doesn't add the discount to me or atleast say it does. I registered an account and got up to entering my card details and no indication so I quit.

I managed to order one inputting the code in, got a confirmation email including the discount details and delivery date of Thursday,but my debit card has been debitted by 18.50 NOT £5.00.

I rang up customer services and was passed onto 4 different people before getting any joy,was told that they will refund when the item is despatched,but i checked my internet banking and they have credited my account with the £13.50

Tiff they will probably refund you the £13.50 difference,they did with me.

I received my Mp3 player today and am very happy indeed!

The invoice says £5.00 to pay (via my cc) and the discount of £13.50 is showing so thank you once again op :j
