oh know i am confused is the best starting point for me to find out where i wish to make my long term investment then look for a provider that can offer it at the best long term price?

Or should i go for the lowest price?

Bear in mind i have comparitavely little to invest and so i am not likely to be looking for any short term gains just keep adding over the years
