It was
1 500gr tub of fat free natural yogurt
2 mullerlights - the vanilla with chooclate in are nice or a fruity option
sweetener - quite a lot, maybe 2 tablespoons?
Mix it all together and freeze. Unless you have a ice cream maker you need to stir a lot and often.
You can also crush up some maltesers and add them in, but that adds 5.5 syns or 110 Kcals
Let me know how you get on! :beer:0 -
Dont want to put anyone off, just give my experience, I got one at Christmas from Argos for £9.99,used it once and now in cupboard! You have to freeze the bowl for 24 hours before use, and the ingredients that were needed for the recipies were more expensive than buying a tub from the freezer isle at supermarket! Was nice though and if you are more patient than me go for it!
Saying that may have to dig it out and try Dreams recipie looks nice and cheap!!!!!!0 -
