wording on hen night invite

I am just writing my hen night which a good friend is organising (sp sorry) and want to pick your brains for what to write, she has organised some entertainment which is £10 per head but idon't know what it is how do I ask for £10 from ppl on the invite? She needs to know numbers ASAP Hoping someone can help me :beer:

    Jusy be upfront and say that you need to lay down a deposit in advance, so could people send £10 to cover the cost.

    I find it more difficult to write anything asking for money....could you not make it a bit more informal without a written invite and perhaps speak to everyone whos invited....at that point you could say about the £10 it may be easier that way...especially as she needs numbers soon ....people do tend to sit on invites before replying.

    i had to ask for a deposit when i wrote mine--
    i just put £19.95 for a 3 course meal and the show. £2 deposit required by ..... the rest of the money due a month before

    Thank you everyone, I have asked a few ppl for deposit and the rest am just gonna ask for deposit by a certain date so I know whether they are coming or not, I love it on here, they're always someone to help out ;)
