On each row place a three letter word that can be attached to the end of the word to the left and to the beginning of the word to the right to form a longer word in each case. When completed the initial letters of the three letter words will give a word reading downwards.
In case anybody wants to try it themselves I have blanked out my answer - If you click and hold your mouse button down on the word "Answer" below then drag your mouse down the page the answer will be revealed.
