make your own fathers day hamper

not sure whether this should be on here but i was looking for a hamper on thorntons for fathers day when i realised instead of paying £30 to £40 for 1kg hamper of chocs it would be better to buy them all individually.
I got
Metropolitan box of chocs (191g) £4.00
2 x box of melts/moments (200/250g) £6.00
heart plaque with happy fathers day on (100g) £2.99
milk chocolate brazil nuts (98g) £1.50
original toffi chocs (120g) £0.99
liquorice toffee (105g) £0.99
Brazil nut toffee (250g) £1.50
Plus free box of Continentals (350g) with code off hot deals uk

With delivery at only £1.95 it cost £19.92 for 1.664kg of chocolate

I thought this was great as you could pick and choose to suit taste, some of the above are in the sale.

Great idea, thanks for sharing OP My dad loves most chocolate but hates dark chocolate so picking my own things will mean I can avoid anything with dark in.

Unfortunately i cannot get the 20% code to work (using AF48) as it says it expired 31/05/11. Is there another one about?
