Did you have to buy the LYB card to get the offer online as I was told free shower gel was only instore? I tried ir out online a few days ago but there was no option to add a free 400ml bottle and one wasn't added automtically.
It was in my basket automatically as free, If you buy instore you get a choice of scents whereas online only Mango but I love that one anyway0 -
The offer says join or renew so I cleared my old card number which had expired and entered the new number and a gift item to my basket, the 30% off shows, but no free 400ml shower gel. I then added the LYB card and it showed the discount. My current card I had on a previous offer for spending 50p @ BS and the expiry date was already filled in, so i will leave this one alone...and carry on with my other 20 shower gels lol!!0
