Depends what you call cheap but I've bouught this recently. I'm more than happy despite the reviews - no I'm not the last reviewer of this item. Very close shave much better than my phillishave

Also I believe remington make the boots ones which my dad has. He's pleased with his and even cheaper than the one I bought.

Phillips HQ7120 can be had for around £50 in places like Dixons and Boots and its an excellent rechargable shaver for the money.

Yeah, I bought this from Boots today. It only came back into stock this morning - luckily the triple points offer was extended. Also used an extra points voucher. There are quite a few shaver deals on at Boots currently, but today is the last day for triple points. It's also on offer at Argos at £55.
