Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
these are often free - the paintballs are where the money is made, it will cost roughly £70 in balls having a quick google.

I can concur. As fun as the game is, what was supposed to be a relatively cheap day out turned into a spending spree. They normally give you your first 200 balls free of something but between me and my partner we had to buy another 1500 between us at a cost of about £70 and that was being stingy with our shooting. My gun kept jamming and the attendants just shook my gun and held down the trigger until it worked firing out about 20/30 of my pellets at a time.

Thirded! The actual "game" is often given away free or costs very little because the operators make their money on selling you the paint balls.
I bought my brother and some family a fun birthday surprise of a paintball day for £40... I thought -- it was close to £200 by the time we finished!!! Lesson learned.
Just because somebody is certain doesn't mean they are right!

Ministry of Paintball are a total scam, there are a number of threads on this site filled with people's stories about how they were ripped off by them. I was scammed by one of their street sales team a couple of years ago and bought a booklet of tickets that was hardly worth the paper they were printed on. At first I thought they were offering me a great deal but after doing a bit of research online I learned that it was a lot cheaper to book my paintballing party directly through the providers themselves.

I also learned that Ministry of Paintball don't own any of the paintball sites they promote so we were booked to play in some piece of **** place run by gypsies. No quality control over their product whatsoever. Suffice to say, we stayed there for one game and left feeling totally ripped off. Whatever you do, do NOT buy anything from Ministry of Paintball - they're a complete rip off. If you search for Ministry of Paintball in Google, the second search option down is 'ministry of paintball scam' - what does that tell you about the company?
