Need advice on getting a loan for 4k

Hi :D ,

I've been looking into having surgery for a few months and today got in touch with a surgery.Who told me it would cost me £4k to have this done.

I'm also on the nhs waiting list but i don't know how long i will be on the waiting list until my op.

So I'm thinking of going private as i can have it done in 3 weeks,But Due to my age (19) i don't want to be in debt to long with this.

I currently get paid about 500 a month without overtime
