Mine has just arrived - one of the samples I wanted was out of stock, but they put something else instead. The samples are tiny, but I'm sure I'll use them. And got some hand cream too!

same here, mine turned up this morning & i am looking forward to trying the sample's, i also got the Lavera hand cream, which is very nice,

    thanks OP :T

Only received the item I ordered and 5 samples, didn't receive the 10 pack :-(

Just sent email to them stating I didn't receive my sample pack, even though on order confirmation. They advised that code wasn't applied to order correctly. But will send pack anyway and advised on how to ensure codes work next time. Top customer service, very quick and very helpful.

I also didnt receive my 10 sample pack, even though it was on the delivery note. I emailed them and they responded saying that orders were checked twice and they didnt understand how that could have happened (felt a bit like they thought I was lying). Anyway kudos to them, they sent me a 10 pack which I received today.
Please God, help me stop spending!

I thanked the OP so my comments are for naturissimo
The samples are useless. So tiny – how can anyone decide on a product from a smear of stuff? And the deodorant I bought is lovely when I first put it on and then is rank! It smells like those your gran used to use. Awful waste of money and really disappointed.
