Payplan payment gone missing

I have been paying payplan via paypoint for the last 5 months with no problems, just checked my justabank account summary and it says the payment they have recieved is 9.37 instead of the 187 that i actually paid.

i have the reciept for this but just wondered if this has happened to anyone before. the payment usually takes 14 days to reach them, but this one was recieved in about 9.

can anyone help as i never get email replies from them and they are shut now

Payplan have been having problems with receiving the money and some cases have been late distributing it. Phone em and see what they say.

Yes I'm with payplan as well. What time do you phone em? PM me with the phone number you use and I'll compare it with mine.

I have just received an email from Payplan stating that my payments have been made late to the creditors as my payplan number has not been written down as the reference. I have been paying payplan for two years and its paid by standing order from my bank and they have only just informed me about this. The payments have only been going out late for the last couple of months but dont know why this has happened. I am losing faith in Payplan to be honest. They dont respond like they used to.

got it sorted, for some reason the payment went in two parts they said, but i dont understand on justabank it has my payment of 187 and the 9 pound something

ah well who knows, at least they have got it lol
